As a non-denominational minister and a notary, Rev. Joyce Meuse can issue your marriage license at the time of the ceremony. Photography, video, and flowers can be added to any wedding. We offer a free site inspection in advance or before your ceremony if conveniet for travelers. We can direct international couples to the ways to obtain an Apostille. We assist in rectifying any problems with the license that might come up after the wedding. You may get the California Confidential License and Certificate of Marriage through us, or obtain a Public License at any county clerk's office in California.
